Terraquatic, Inc. specializes in hydrographic surveying, primarily addressing the needs of the near-shore and inshore industry and will continue to expand with the rapid growth of new technology.
Kenneth Jackson began his career in the late 70’s starting with a civil engineering firm performing construction, boundary and topographic surveys along with material testing such as concrete, asphalt composition and soil mechanics. In 1988, after meeting the necessary requirements, he obtained his Professional Surveying & Mapping license with the state of Florida. After licensing, he began focusing his career on hydrographic surveying and prioritizing nearshore coastal mapping. Experience began with performing beach and inlet studies for management and construction projects and expanded with a complete working experience with bathymetric surveys using multi-beam systems, collecting side scan imagery, magnetometer surveys, acoustic doppler wave current surveys and tide studies for determining boundary and navigation chart datum.
On July 17, 2015 Ken purchased Terraquatic, Inc. and committed its assets to providing quality and accurate surveying services to its existing and expanding client base. Ken has continued to utilize the latest in survey technology to meet the demands of its clients and the profession. In addition to this commitment, Ken also established a proven training program to expand the knowledge base of the staff on a regular basis.
